Jesus, there is something about that name. No preacher is worth his weight in salt if he does not spend some time in extolling the Son of God. There is no higher person of history, no grander theme of music, no loftier idea in literature, no nobler subject in preaching than Jesus. He is our all in all, our light in the darkness, our balm in sickness, our shelter in a storm, our harbor in the hurricanes of life. Jesus, oh how sweet the name.
